RESUME - BRUCE W. McKAY, PQS
BRUCE McKAY (1946 - 1997) received his early training and experience in quantity surveying in New Zealand and England. In 1974, he relocated to Canada to work for an international cost consulting firm, and in 1979 started his own quantity surveying firm. Mr. McKay moved to the US in 1986, where he became a principal in a Seattle, Washington, cost consulting company. In 1996, he formed The McKay/Moore Partnership with long-time colleague Patricia Moore.
